So everything I ate today was only in the 2-digit calorie zone. I consumed under 300 calories and burned off more than I ate. Minus 10 lb goal, here I come!
I did the same yesterday. I'm finally under 110. I'd better be around 105 by Wednesday.
Perhaps 100 by next week? Realistic: yes.
